Brad Meyer is running for Congress to get things done for working people. He did not plan on a career in politics, but he walked away from a secure retirement because he could not ignore the direction this country is headed. After 17 town halls and 5 roundtables, he has heard the same thing: people are not just worried about one issue, they are losing sleep over everything.
He sees young people starting out behind and workers in their prime still struggling to find solid ground and a path to a secure retirement. These problems are not accidents. They are the result of deliberate policy choices that have shifted power and wealth to the top while working families fall further behind.
Brad supports Medicare for All because no one should have to go broke just trying to stay alive. He is fighting for higher wages, fair taxes, and restoring the collective bargaining power that built the middle class.
He is focused on making it possible to buy a first home again, lowering the cost of education, and creating an immigration system that works and respects the dignity of work. He is running to deliver real change with the courage to act.
